    When will the delivery arrive?

    The order cut-off date is 12 PM on weekdays, and orders placed before that time will be shipped the same day.

    Delivery may take 1 to 4 days (based on business days) depending on the circumstances of the delivery company.

    (It may take several days or more depending on the circumstances of some islands, mountainous areas, maritime transportation areas, or business offices.)

    Please note that there may be additional delays after weekends or holidays due to high volume of deliveries.

    Please understand that we are working hard to deliver as quickly as possible.

    I have received the product, but when will I be notified of installation?

    In the case of installation, we will call you within 4 days (based on business days) from the product shipment date to coordinate the visit schedule.

    If the standard date has passed but you have not received a separate communication, please contact Kakao Plus Friends/Channel Talk or Amu Customer Center (1899-2135).

    Please understand that if there is a large amount of installation volume in your area, there may be additional delays in contacting you.


    There may be an additional delay of 1-3 days depending on the region. Please refer to the regions below for regions experiencing delays! (If your address includes a county, town, township, or ri, we will contact you within 1 to 7 days. Thank you for your understanding.)

    What is the filter replacement cycle?

    The filter replacement cycle recommended by AMU is 9 months.

    Depending on how much water you use, you can replace it after using it for about 1 more month.

    However, using it for more than a year is not recommended due to the high risk of deterioration in the taste of the water.


    ※ We will send you a replacement notification text through Kakao Notification Talk 9 months after the order date. Please replace the filter when you receive the notification text.

    ※ Replacement filters are sold as 9-month filters and can be purchased through AMU’s own mall.

    How do I get a refund for the installation fee?

    After placing an order with an installation request, if you wish to receive a refund for the installation fee due to self-installation,

    Please write the bank name/account number/account holder name for which you want to receive a refund and leave it through AMU Kakao Talk, Channel Talk, or Naver Inquiry.

    After confirmation, we will refund the installation fee.

    It takes approximately 1 to 3 business days for a refund to be processed. In some cases, if processing takes a long time, we will contact you separately.

    We are working to issue refunds as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

    Can it be used in environments with underground water/green water?

    The AMU water purifier is a water purifier exclusively for water supply, and is not recommended for use in environments where water quality is unknown, such as rust, lime, or groundwater, as there is a risk that the filter itself may not completely purify the water.


    ※ Our company is not responsible for problems such as product deterioration or premature filter clogging caused by the water environment (rust, lime, groundwater, wastewater).


    Please proceed with product installation after checking the water quality environment.

    How do I dispose of the Jeju volcanic cluster filter?

    “Jeju Volcanic Cluster Filter” has activated carbon inside, so it is a product that must be discarded using the general volume-rate system rather than recycling.

    Therefore, after draining enough water from the filter, place it in a general waste volume-rate disposal bag and dispose of it.

    Jeju Volcanic Cluster Water Purifier [BPH-041], [BPH-011] What is the difference?

    The difference between Jeju volcanic cluster water purifier [BPH-041] and [BPH-011]


    1. Water pan

    - 011 is a magnetic drip tray that can be attached and detached, but 041 is an all-in-one type and cannot be attached or detached.


    2. Design

    In the case of 041, it is slightly larger than 011 and has a clean, smooth curved design overall.

    The 011 is slightly smaller than the 041 and has a slim body and partially soft curved design.


    3. Water outlet part

    In the case of 011, the height from the floor including the water pan to the water intake is 21cm.

    In the case of 041, the height from the water pan to the water outlet is 19cm.


    4. Function

    In the case of 011 and 041, the Jeju volcanic cluster filter and antibacterial faucet filter are the same.

    The performance and functions of the water purifiers are the same.
